A place much appreciated by all Moroccans and often visited, has also become one of the toursit’s favourite attraction.

We will bring you to a traditional hammam only reserved for you, so that you can discover an enjoyable way to ‘wash’ the body but also the soul by leaving all stress. We suggest you to have a massage “hammam special” (to be booked in advance). To feel like a feather and the softness of your skin after the hammam are part of Moroccan simple pleasures.

DESCRIPTION

Long time ago the founders of the religious brotherhood of Tamegroute assembled merchants and craftsmen of Fes, a city that enjoyed good relations with Tamegroute at that time. This was the starting point of pottery tradition in our village. Pottery has become its main characteristic.

Trainings are being held in Tamegroute, directly at the local handcraft manufactory where you will learn how to make the pottery, using the traditional way, advised by qualified potters.

For those, who are interrested, it is also possible to learn the pottery decoration with Henna drawings. Of course everybody can finally take home the own creations.

2 h in the morning + 2-3 h in the afternoon; workshop duration varies from 3 to 7 days

DESCRIPTION

Cookery workshops take place within a Berber family. You will learn how to buy the goods, prepare the meals and cook them in a permanent warm and friendly atmosphere. Of course the typical tea preparation will be part of this session. These are precious times shared with a real welcoming Berber family. On top of that, you will bake yourself the traditional ‘home-made’ bread.

DESCRIPTION

The lessons are mainly held in the desert or within palm trees gardens (depending on the season). They are given by real musicians. This is a moment with intense emotions in places appropriate for soul freedom and creativity.

Days and nights are cadenced by darboukas sounds. Overnight and dinner either in tents or outside, depending on the season.
